In his position as Senior Director of Technology Services with Talbots, Joe globally directed several departments and managed complex systems and infrastructure integration projects. Notable successes include directing the design and implementation of new data centers in multiple US states, Hong Kong, London, India and Toronto. Responsible for multi-million dollar expenses and capital budgets, Joe also gained recognition for his superior fiscal knowledge and exceptional negotiation skills. Originally from Quincy, MA, Joe has always had strong ties to Florida’s west coast and relocated to Tampa Bay in 2011. Joe enjoys traveling, attending the many sporting events in the Tampa Bay area and spending time outdoors with family and friends. As an expert boater and avid fisherman, Joe can often be found out on the water. His extensive knowledge of the waterways in both Pinellas and Hillsborough Counties enables an ability to provide expert guidance when it comes to buying and selling waterfront properties.
